Client Relations Officer
Purpose of the Job (Main Objective of the Position)
Before and After Sales support
Responsible for the training clients on the use and working of the company products and services
Responsible for execution of the company sales strategy
Requirements
Education:
A minimum of a diploma in a Business related course.A Certificate in sales and marketing related courses is added advantage.
Responsibilities
Build business by identifying and selling prospects
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competition
Sell products by establishing networks and developing relationships with prospects
Conduct sales visits
Demonstrate and present products
Maintain accurate records for report generation
Review sales performance and achieve sales targets
Negotiate contracts.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institution
0-2 years of hands-on experience in sales or marketing within the FMCG business
Self-driven personality with demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Proven team player skills
Ability to meet sales targets
Strong selling and negotiating skills
Confident, well-spoken
The ability to write reports and proposals
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with the local language of the region
